Need some advice on Tablets

Hey there everyone, it's been a while.
To get right to the point, I'm looking to buy my first tablet and I want to get all my ducks in a row before I pick. I'm looking at Wacom bamboo and maybe the I4. My price range is leaning towards the bamboo's, but I'm wondering about quality and less of a headache when it comes to technical problems. So if anyone uses a tablet, I would love to hear your opinions on products, brands and all that good stuff. Plus, what art program do you use with your tablet? How does Coral Painter do when compared to Photoshop Essentials?
